Tasha is AMAZING! We’ve bought and sold houses before, but buying and selling with Tasha is the best experience we’ve had! SELLING: In our previous experience, agents listed our house and sat back, waiting for a sale. Tasha worked her tail off to sell our house, using every tool available to get our house shown and sold. Her attention to detail is fantastic. For example, I much appreciated the care she took to make sure the pictures showcasing our home were top-notch, including aerial drone photos. She always went the extra mile to make sure we had feedback from potential buyers who visited our house. She also took care to follow up with potential buyers who loved our house, but went silent after seeing it the first time.
